Istan Nurul Eman Palace is the largest house in the world
The place or palace where Sultan Brunei Hassan Baqleh resides, the seat of his government, Brunei, if the palace was built in his time, and planned to be built by Philippine engineer Leandro Luksen V, while engineer Juan Shu designed the interior, financed by Philippine Construction Company Ayala International, where construction was completed in 1984, with a cost of about 1.4.

These rooms have approximately 650 paintings, the cheapest of which is at least €150,000, and 257 bathrooms, plus a banquet room that caters for about 5000 guests, plus a pavilion that caters for 4000.
Uses of the Palace of Estan Nurul Iman
The palace is considered a personal residence of the Sultan and is used for all functions of the State of the Government of Brunei. It houses the Office of the Prime Minister and the seat of the Government of Brunei. It also contains the throne room, which is used for various official occasions, such as birthdays, a crown prince declaration or an annual investment.
